Introducing Momentum Mindset - an online course for sales professionals with wellbeing in mind

I always knew My Beautiful Mess was only the beginning.

True to my own methodology, I had no fixed ideas. I simply believed in the impact I wanted to have on my fellow sales professional community;

Support sales professionals in finding a way of working which removes unnecessary self-imposed stress, minimises burnout risk, & develops trusted customer relationships.

I was determined to approach sales training differently. To change the antiquated, traditional focus on outcomes, & switch to focusing on what is in the professionals control - process & effort. In this case, the process of developing the trusted customer relationship.

My hypothesis?

If we focus on maintaining momentum of three factors commonly known to stall the growth of customer relationships, the sales growth will follow.

And it did.

Proof of concept came working with one highly valued client in the Australian healthcare industry. (request case study here)

Our three factors were:

  1. Motivation momentum

  2. Conversation momentum

  3. Customer engagement momentum

When tasked with this project five years ago, there was one caveat, “You can’t use the word sales,” said the CEO in my briefing, “the team will shun anything salesy.

Over five years, we grew their medical partnership team from 1 to 34, & their medical referral revenue source by over 700%. Subconsciously using what has now developed into the Momentum Mindset methodology.

Momentum Mindset is designed with a sales professional’s well-being in mind. It’s a process whose health is reliant on actions defined by the four core needs of our advanced brain:
