Peta’s lived experience & commitment to helping others at risk of burnout while growing business is her purpose & driving motivation behind Momentum Mindset.

Creator Peta Sitcheff developed Momentum Mindset following a successful twenty-five-year career as a sales professional & leader in the competitive world of medical device sales.

Her experience with acute burnout in 2017 was her impetus for questioning traditional sales training and performance models, and for developing a sales approach catering for all levels of skill and comfort. Let’s face it, not everyone who has to grow business enjoys the selling process.

She set herself a personal caveat, whatever she created had to support and enhance well-being in the professional setting.

Today, Peta has her own sales training business based on her Momentum Mindset approach. She works with organisations, small business owners and individual sales professionals in supporting them with growing their business, developing their teams, and in developing the self-care skills required to minimise burnout in the professional setting.

My Beautiful Mess – living through burnout and rediscovering me, is Peta’s self-published memoir.  Many of its customer stories are the contextual backbone for each Momentum Mindset module.

A volunteer speaker with Beyond Blue, Peta is determined to improve workplace wellbeing, raise awareness of anxiety amongst professionals and minimise the risk of burnout.

Today, she is based in Melbourne, and mother of Mr 18!
