Learn and develop the foundational skills of a self-care mindset, each designed to preserve well-being, reframe self-imposing thoughts & sustain high performance while growing business.
This module introduces participants to the evidence based concept of locus of control and its role in driving motivation and sustaining well-being.
Participants will identify their personal values, learn their role in minimising burnout and dive into the importance of establishing personal boundaries as a means of self-preservation and sustaining high performance. Exploring the concept of humility will support maintaining this self-care foundation through practical application.
Finally, participants will be guided through creating, articulating and applying their professional purpose, relevant in any customer-focused setting.

This module is purposed to enhance communication skills by increasing awareness of the impact of language in customer conversations, improving selfless listening, and using tools to acknowledge a customer’s emotions for better engagement. Participants will learn a three-step conversation diagnostic process to tailor their approach and achieve desired outcomes, a conversation planning strategy to build trust, and techniques to reframe customer objections as workable boundaries.
