Peta’s lived burnout experience turned out to be her greatest gift.

Peta’s lived experience, mental health story is well documented through the media, and her self published memoir My Beautiful Mess.

Her career as a seasoned, high performing sales leader in the med tech industry ended abruptly in 2016 after suffering from acute anxiety and burnout.

With the support of her psychologist Jo, she rebuilt a values-led and purposefully driven life.

It turned out to be her greatest gift.

Today, Peta serves to reduce the stigma related to workplace mental health through advocacy and as a lived experience, keynote speaker with Beyond Blue.  Australia’s most widely recognised, and visited, mental health organisation.

Through her consultancy, she delivers sales, customer and leadership professional development services with proprietary content, focusing only on strategies aligned with the neuroscience of well-being.

More recently, Peta has joined Melbourne based business Everperform.

In her role as Head of Customer, she supports businesses in creating management systems that identify, manage and control psychosocial risk.

A cause close to her heart.

Peta is based in Melbourne, and mother of Mr 19!
