Focus: Well-Being toolkit

Learn and develop the foundational skills of a self-care mindset, each designed to preserve well-being, reframe self-imposing thoughts & sustain high performance while growing business.

This module introduces participants to the evidence based concept of locus of control and its role in driving motivation and sustaining well-being.

Participants will identify their personal values, learn their role in minimising burnout and dive into the importance of establishing personal boundaries as a means of self-preservation and sustaining high performance. Exploring the concept of humility will support maintaining this self-care foundation through practical application.

Finally, participants will be guided through creating, articulating and applying their professional purpose, relevant in any customer-focused setting.

You will gain a deeper understanding of your customers by identifying knowledge blind spots, to develop and measure the strength of customer relationships, and enhances awareness of the role of patience in effective customer engagement and sales decision-making.

The Conversation Momentum toolkit is designed to bring intention and confidence to Customer conversations, regardless of how brief, or how complex they may be.

You will learn to speak with conviction and avoid minimising language. Selfless listening techniques will enhance your presence, and you will learn a three-step conversation planning process designed to foster trust. Our conversation diagnosis tool will support you in recognising your customer’s conversation readiness, and you will learn to reframe customer objections as workable boundaries - to maintain conversation momentum!

Momentum Mindset supports Beyond Blue

Peta is a member of Beyond Blue’s speakers program, and committed to developing sustainable professional practices which minimise burnout risk amongst professionals.

Along with her volunteer speaking, an annual donation based on Momentum Mindset sales will be made in December 2025 to support Beyond Blue’s 24/7 Support Service.
